2. Information this website may process
This website does not include user accounts, online payments, comments or newsletter registration. It uses ConvertX external tracking, powered by HighLevel, to capture website enquiries and understand visits and campaign activity.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security events.
When you submit the project enquiry form, your name, required email address and phone number, optional company name, service interest and message are sent to ConvertX and stored for Digital 4 Jesus to review and follow up. The form service may also process technical, referral and campaign information associated with the submission, including page URLs and campaign parameters. A confirmation message appears after a successful submission.
If you contact us by email or phone, we may process your name, contact details, company, enquiry and subsequent correspondence.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity numbers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form or email.
3. Why we process information
We may process relevant personal information to:

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve our pages. Basic analytics starts automatically unless you have explicitly opted out or your browser blocks it. It measures page visits and use through browser and device information, a canonical page URL, page title and referring site. Analytics cookies contain identifiers that can recognise a returning browser. This installation does not send enquiry-field contents, arbitrary URL query parameters or full referring-page URLs to Google. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled.
You can turn off Google Analytics in this browser using the control below. We honour explicit choices made in the previous analytics panel. An opt-out stops this installation and removes its accessible analytics cookies; it is stored in this browser using local storage and a first-party preference cookie lasting up to one year. Clearing browser storage can remove your preference. Global Privacy Control does not disable this basic analytics installation; advertising features remain off. These controls apply only to Google Analytics, not the separate ConvertX enquiry tracking described above. No Google Tag Manager container or advertising pixel is added.

5. Who may receive information

ConvertX and its HighLevel infrastructure process enquiry form submissions on our behalf. Google processes analytics information as described in Google’s information about sites that use its services. They may process limited information for the service they provide and should be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection obligations.
We may disclose information where required by law, a lawful request or legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.
Some service providers may process information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we will take reasonable steps to use an appropriate legal basis and safeguards for the transfer.
We do not sell personal information.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, a continuing business relationship, or an applicable legal and record-keeping requirement.
