Campaign planning
Connect the audience, offer, messages and budget to a defined customer task.
Meta advertising
Digital 4 Jesus manages Facebook and Instagram ads from Pretoria for South African businesses. Campaign planning, creative direction and enquiry follow-up share an agreed scope and measurement plan. Advertising spend is separate from management fees.
A defined role for Facebook and Instagram, with the advert, enquiry path and sales feedback kept together.
Agree the work around your offer, available assets, account access and response capacity. Campaign work is distinct from new website, CRM or creative-production projects.
Connect the audience, offer, messages and budget to a defined customer task.
Develop specific messages and variations from supported claims and supplied assets; agree who produces and approves them.
Choose a relevant landing page or lead form and identify who handles the resulting enquiries.
Review campaign evidence alongside landing-page behaviour and sales feedback, not cheap clicks alone.
Your agreed scope
Start with your offer, operating area, existing accounts, available assets and examples of suitable and unsuitable enquiries. The brief sets the audience, destination, budget responsibilities and approval route. We agree the account work, required access and reporting arrangements in the proposal.
After launch, use campaign data and the team's enquiry feedback to decide what to refine. A reported lead is not automatically a qualified opportunity. The person handling the enquiry needs a clear owner, relevant context and a way to report whether the request fits.
Measurement and follow-up
Agree a consent-aware measurement plan before launch. Where website conversions require Meta Pixel or the Conversions API, review access, consent, the event definition and the connection to the enquiry system first. These are scoped implementation requirements, not a claim that every account already has them installed.
Lead forms and website enquiries need an agreed route into the customer relationship management system (CRM) or other follow-up process. Confirmed receipt, qualification and a paying customer are different stages. CRM work, integrations and website changes are not assumed to be included in campaign management.
A useful fit is a business with a clear offer, supported claims, usable creative assets and somebody responsible for responding to enquiries.
Costs and boundaries
Meta advertising spend, professional management, creative production and website or CRM changes are distinct costs. A proposal should make those boundaries explicit, including account responsibilities and who approves budget changes.
Share your offer, audience, existing account situation, available assets and budget constraints so any additional work can be scoped separately. New photography, video, landing pages, software subscriptions and messaging usage should not be assumed to sit inside a campaign-management fee.
Before you decide
No. D4J is based in Murrayfield, Pretoria and supports businesses across South Africa. The campaign should target the places your business can genuinely serve.
Management from R2,500 per month, or 20% of your monthly ad spend, whichever is higher. Prices exclude VAT. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our fee. For example, R10,000 ad spend: fee R2,500. R20,000 ad spend: fee R4,000. Creative production, website changes and CRM implementation must also be identified separately in the agreed scope.
No. The offer, audience, destination, qualification and response all affect the outcome. Review relevant enquiries and sales feedback rather than assuming paid clicks become customers.
Review the existing page against the campaign promise and intended action first. A focused improvement may be enough; a new page is justified when the current destination cannot explain the offer clearly.
Share your offer, intended audience, existing accounts and how enquiries reach your team. We can discuss the scope and dependencies before you commit.
