  • Documented ownership, routing and exception-handling rules.
  • A reporting design for qualified opportunities and the outcomes your team records.
  • One clean CSV contact import of up to 10,000 rows and three training sessions.
  • Staged release, rollback documentation and 30 calendar days of in-scope defect correction.

Discovery sets the final scope, fee and delivery dates. Additional locations, custom code, complex migrations and AI agents are quoted separately.

Not sure which fits? Ask us to help you decide. You do not need to understand every feature first. Enquiring does not order a package, start a subscription or authorise payment.

A workflow count is not an unlimited-work promise. We agree each trigger, action, branch and acceptance check before building. Changes outside the agreed scope are priced before work begins.

An enquiry should not
be a loose end.

The useful question is not how many features your CRM has. It is what happens after somebody gets in touch.

Capture the enquiry

Connect the agreed forms and lead sources. Check that contact details and source information reach the right place.

Give it an owner

Route it to the right person, pipeline and next action. Keep exceptions visible, not buried in an inbox.

Follow up appropriately

Use approved acknowledgements and reminders. Stop when someone replies, books, opts out or needs a person.

See the outcome

Separate enquiries, qualified opportunities, bookings and recorded sales. Your team maintains the outcomes that make reporting useful.

Built. Then kept useful.

Run the system yourself, or choose one monthly service. These are alternatives, not stacked charges. A working setup is required; initial remediation and advertising setup are quoted separately.

CRM Care

A monthly health check, issue report and up to two hours of minor fixes or changes. For teams running their own campaigns who want help keeping the CRM in working order.

R2,242.50including VAT per month
R1,950 excluding VAT

Managed Growth

CRM Care plus one paid channel: Google Search or Meta. One ad account, up to three active campaigns, monthly optimisation, up to four static creative/copy variations using your supplied assets and a 30-minute review of qualified opportunities.

R5,692.50including VAT per month
R4,950 excluding VAT

Managed Scale

CRM Care plus Google Search and Meta. Up to two ad accounts, six active campaigns across them, up to eight static creative/copy variations and a 60-minute monthly review. One agreed CRM improvement fits within the same two-hour care allowance.

R9,142.50including VAT per month
R7,950 excluding VAT

Software, messaging, AI usage, paid connectors and advertising spend are additional. Video production and work beyond the stated allowances need a separate quote. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.

Support is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 SAST, excluding South African public holidays. We aim to acknowledge requests within one working day; resolution depends on the issue. Monthly services require 30 days' written notice to cancel.

Experience beyond
the CRM screen.

D4J connects marketing, websites and business operations. That matters when the problem starts before the form submission or continues beyond the first follow-up.

Our publicly described work with Rental Buddies spans the website and application journey, qualification, conversion tracking and follow-up. It shows the connected scope of the relationship, not a promise of the same result for every business.

Read the client work and relationship context

Dewaldt Huysamen, D4J's founder, brings digital marketing, technical delivery and practical teaching together. The goal is a system your team understands and can use.

A clear build.
A proper handover.

Agree the journey

Identify lead sources, team responsibilities and where follow-up breaks down. Agree a written scope, with inclusions, exclusions and costs.

Prepare access and content

Confirm the account, sender setup, calendars, approvals and supplied content. This readiness check determines when the delivery clock starts.

Build and test

Check contact capture, ownership, source data, consent, stop conditions and exceptions. Test messages are authorised before they are sent.

Train and hand over

Get the recorded walkthrough, automation map and launch checklist. Keep running it yourself or choose an ongoing service.

Your accounts. Clear arrangements.

We can work in your existing GoHighLevel account. Your domains and advertising accounts should remain under your control. The agreement explains access to client data, commissioned deliverables, licensed components and available export or transfer support. Third-party limits still apply.

No hidden software bundle.

Implementation is separate from a GoHighLevel subscription or a separately quoted ConvertX managed account. D4J provides implementation and support; it does not own the platform. We confirm recurring charges, paid features and the project payment schedule in your quote.

A correction window covers defects in the agreed work. It does not turn a fixed-scope build into unlimited changes or guarantee sales results.

Questions before
you choose.

The practical details, without the software sales pitch.

How much does GoHighLevel setup cost in South Africa?

D4J's scoped setup packages start at R8,625 including VAT for GHL Launch. GHL Growth is R17,250 including VAT, and GHL Scale starts at R34,500 including VAT. These are implementation fees, not software subscriptions. Your quote separates implementation, optional ongoing service, licence, usage and any advertising spend.

Can you work in my existing GoHighLevel account?

Yes. We assess the access and current configuration before agreeing the work. You do not need to move accounts merely to buy implementation support. If your account is managed by another provider, its permissions and transfer conditions may affect what can be changed.

What if my account is unfinished or broken?

Start with a description of what is failing. We assess whether a focused repair, paid diagnostic or a scoped rebuild is the sensible next step. A paid diagnostic is quoted and approved before it begins; you will not be enrolled automatically by submitting this form.

Is the GoHighLevel subscription included?

No. You can use an existing GoHighLevel account or discuss a separately quoted ConvertX managed account. We confirm the licence arrangement, recurring charge and any paid features before you commit. D4J provides implementation and support; it does not own the GoHighLevel platform.

Can you keep my current website?

Often, yes. We can connect a suitable existing form or agree a dedicated lead page. Compatibility, access, tracking and failure handling are checked before the scope is final. A complete website rebuild is not included in these CRM packages.

Does it include WhatsApp, SMS or AI agents?

GHL Growth includes setup of one eligible WhatsApp Business connection, subject to approval, consent and separate charges. SMS is not included by default. AI agents, voice services and custom integrations need their own defined scope, usage budget and safety checks.

Can you migrate my existing CRM data?

The listed packages include a clean CSV contact import within the stated row limits. Conversations, attachments, opportunities, complex field mapping and data-cleaning work require a separate migration plan. We check export access and data quality before promising a complete migration.

Do you guarantee more leads or sales?

No. We commit to the agreed implementation and its acceptance checks. Lead volume and sales also depend on demand, the offer, media budget, response quality and your team's follow-through. Ongoing management is measured against agreed business outcomes, not a guaranteed revenue figure.

Who controls the account and data?

We confirm the account arrangement before work starts. Your domains and advertising accounts should remain under your control. The agreement explains access to client data, commissioned deliverables, licensed components and the export or transfer support available. Third-party platform limits still apply.

Is this a long-term contract?

Implementation is a separately scoped project, with the proposed payment schedule confirmed in your quote. The optional monthly services use 30 days' written notice. Software subscriptions, paid connectors and other third-party services have their own terms.

What should your
CRM do better?

Tell us where you are starting and what needs to work. We will recommend a sensible next step.

You do not need to choose a package first. No subscription or payment is taken when you enquire.
